Asia Pacific Energy Research Centre
(APERC)
 
To achieve its goal APERC brings together skilled researchers from all APEC member economies to carry out cooperative research activities. Through a competitive recruitment process, APERC recruits qualified "Visiting Researchers" either from member governments, research organizations, or the academe for the positions of vice president, team leaders, and researchers at the recommendation of APEC member governments.

As the Centre aims to enhance the region's human resource development in energy research, APERC recruits "Visiting Researchers" in various disciplines including economics, engineering, and political science at recommendations from APEC member economies.

For the post of "Visiting Researchers" in Asia Pacific Energy Research Centre, however, APERC can only accept those applications with appropriate recommendations from each APEC government authority.
